Data collection must be iterative. The process should begin by meeting with the steering board to gather information about both the curriculum as a whole and the individual programs. The steering group should also identify any specific needs in the community. If one of the members of the steering group is unable or unwilling to collect the data they can designate someone else to do so.

How To
How do you implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP)?
QMP (Quality Management Plan) is a system to improve products and services by implementing continuous improvement. It helps to improve customer satisfaction and product/service quality by continuously measuring, analyzing, controlling and improving.
QMP is a common method to ensure business performance. QMP is a standard method that improves the production process, service delivery, customer relationship, and overall business performance. QMPs should encompass all three components - Products and Services, as well as Processes. A "Process" QMP is one that only includes one aspect. The QMP that focuses on a Product/Service is called a "Product." QMP. If the QMP focuses on Customer Relationships, it's called a "Product" QMP.
When implementing a QMP, there are two main elements: Scope and Strategy. These are the following:
Scope: This determines the scope and duration of the QMP. This scope can be used to determine activities for the first six-months of implementation of a QMP in your company.
Strategy: This describes the steps taken to achieve the goals set out in the scope.
A typical QMP comprises five phases: Planning and Design, Development, Construction, Implementation, Maintenance. Each phase is explained below:
Planning: In this stage, the objectives of the QMP are identified and prioritized. To get to know the expectations and requirements, all stakeholders are consulted. Once the objectives and priorities have been identified, it is time to plan the strategy to achieve them.
Design: This stage involves the creation of the vision, mission, strategies and tactics necessary to implement the QMP successfully. These strategies are put into action by developing detailed plans and procedures.
Development: The development team is responsible for building the resources and capabilities necessary to implement the QMP effectively.
Implementation: This involves the actual implementation of the QMP using the planned strategies.
Maintenance: It is an ongoing process that maintains the QMP over time.
The QMP must also include several other items:
Stakeholder Involvement: Stakeholders are important for the success of the QMP. They should actively be involved during the planning and development, implementation, maintenance, and design stages of QMP.
Project Initiation. It is important to understand the problem and the solution in order to initiate any project. In other words, the initiator needs to know why they want to do something and what they expect from the outcome.
Time frame: It is crucial to know the time frame for the QMP. The simplest version can be used if the QMP is only being implemented for a short time. If you're looking to implement the QMP over a longer period of time, you may need more detailed versions.
Cost Estimation: Cost estimation is another vital component of the QMP. Planning is not possible without knowing the amount of money you will spend. Before you start the QMP, it is important to estimate your costs.
QMPs should not be considered a static document. It changes with the company. So, it should be reviewed periodically to make sure that it still meets the needs of the organization.
